坑爹的ixwebhosting

也只能怪自己太冲动了，看到ixwebhosting有优惠，并有提供独立的IP，有独立IP才可以使用SSL证书，不会被“连坐”，所以就买了一个虚拟主机，不过好在有30天的无条件退款，但是当初勾选了SiteLock Basic Plan，这个是不能退款的，所以被扣了15刀。哎。

虚拟主机吧，怎么说，虽然便宜啊，但是一分钱一分货，都说各种无限，其实吧，CPU是有限制的，除了速度确实慢了很多，还有就是使用新版的wordpress出现了CPU过载了。昨晚刚出现过载，整个站点就被ixwebhosting给停掉了。ixwebhosting系统给了个Ticket，还具体说有哪些哪些文件过载了，站点被停掉了。要不你赶紧优化一下之类的，网上找了下，好像还不少人出现这个问题，还有就是坑爹的wordpress，也是很吃资源。所以就杯具了不是，要不就去安装其他的博客系统，要不安装旧版的。那不是折腾这么久了，白干了？

站点一被停掉后，FTP还是可以用的，宿舍使用的是联通网络，坑爹的联通，连接ixwebhosting还非常慢。看来还是电信靠谱啊（公司连接的话，还可以，ping值比宿舍低不少）。FTP，phpmyadmin各种备份。刚好之前申请了aws的一年免费，所以就开始折腾把站点搬迁到aws了。

In many cases, this issue can be improved or resolved with one or more of the following steps:

1) Make sure all Content Management Systems (WordPress, Joomla, phpBB, etc.) are updated to the latest versions. Also, make sure that your updates and upgrades are compatible with your current software.
2) Disable and remove all unused plugins.
3) Enable caching for the data that rarely changes.
4) Create a good robots.txt AND .htaccess file to reduce the number of bot hits to your website.
5) If you think your website is under attack, you can use your .htaccess file to block suspicious IP addresses. To find these IP’s, go to your Control panel and click on web options and then select the domain you wish to check. Next, click to view the transfer logs. You can also check for malicious IP’s through Webalizer and AWstats.
6) Additional research may be necessary depending on your website applications.

If you receive another ticket for CPU overload, we will have to take further action and may permanently suspend service to your account in order to prevent further disruption to other customers on the server.

所以，为了不让杯具再次发生，打算申请退款了。大体的退款流程如下：

1. 登录Manage CP后，点击My Support，并点击CREATE TICKET
2. 配置如下的信息，填上理由，可以说天朝地区访问速度慢等，填完后点击save and create ticket就OK了。
3. 接下来就是等回复了。

不过退款还没那么快就是了，我现在退款是到信用卡的，网上好像说是要30天吧。只能等了。下次要是有打算买虚拟主机的话，还是先了解清楚吧。
